Eyrie Kennels
In 2021 my family and I purchased our first WPG, Dinah. We decided on a WPG after years of research into temperaments and meeting several examples of the breed. Their versatility to hunt and participate in many dog sports, along with their ability to have an "off switch" and be a wonderful companion at home were the determining factors.
Both Don & Rochelle come from outdoor families and enjoy hunting and other outdoor activities. They raised Lynnea the same way. Our Griffs join us in all our outdoor activities.
We show our Griffs in conformation to make sure we are maintaining the breed standard. We train and hunt test as well as other activities to keep ourselves and our dogs active.
Our breeding goals are to produce structurally correct dogs with quality coats, hunt drive and the temperament to make them valuable members of the family.
At Eyrie Kennels Kennel, we believe that dogs are not just pets, but valuable members of the family.
Puppies are registered with both AKC and NAVHDA.
Eyrie Kennels participates in the AKC BrRED by H.E.A.R.T. program.
